In-patient Rehabilitation

The Speech-Language Therapy team plays an integral role in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients admitted to Morehill Rehabilitation Clinic. Our goal is to help individuals regain their swallowing, communication, voice, and cognitive-communication abilities, enabling them to return to their daily activities with greater independence and confidence.

We believe that rehabilitation is most effective when delivered through an interdisciplinary team approach. We work closely with doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated, patient-centred treatment programmes. Family and caregiver education and training form an essential part of the rehabilitation process, helping to support the successful carry-over of therapy into everyday life.

Patients receive intensive, evidence-based therapy tailored to their individual goals and rehabilitation needs.

Our aim is to maximise each patient's independence, improve their quality of life, and support a safe and successful return to their home, community, and, where appropriate, the workplace.
